Job Description
As an Occupational Therapist you will empower and advocate for participants who have a physical disability a psychosocial disability or mental health concerns. While utilising a recoveryoriented traumainformed perspective you will:
- Independently assess complex participants emotional psychological cognitive developmental and physical level of function.
- Use clinical observations and standardised assessments and interpret findings to formulate treatment goals.
- Participate in training and receive formal 1:1 supervision.
- Engage in monthly peer group supervision with the Sydney team.
- Collaborate with the wider AAA Australia team of OTs Physios EPs Speech Pathologists Psychologists and BSPs.

- Current registration with AHPRA as a Occupational Therapist.
- The ability to work autonomously while linking in with a larger multid team.
