Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage projects of medium to large scale including project planning execution and closure
- Develop and maintain project plans including schedules and budget Resource allocation.
- Good knowledge of resource estimation and resource planning techniques.
- Able to provide inputs on skill levels required skill mix and onsite/offshore work allocation.
- Identify gaps in resource availability and plan for fulfilments on time.
- Identify dependencies sequence the work and guide new team members.
- Plan and work on Resource allocation. Make sure of optimization utilization of available resources
- Identify manage and mitigate project risks issues and dependencies to take corrective action as necessary to keep projects on track.
- Lead project status meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure project delivery within defined timelines and scope.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure project success.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize project delivery.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team leads
- Conduct postproject reviews and capture lessons learned to continuously improve project delivery processes.
- Use tools to monitor working hours plans and expenditures
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation plans and reports
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
