Responsibilities
- Identifying and onboarding DSAs and Channel partners
- Building and strengthening relationships with partners
- Providing operational support to channel partners
- Driving monthly sales targets
MustHave Skills
- Sales skills including rapport building and negotiation
- Verbal and written communication
- 2 years experience in Home Loan Industry
- Fintech/banks/NBFC/DSA channel preferably in DSA market
GoodtoHave Skills
- Fluency in Regional languages
Academic Qualifications: Minimum graduate
Experience: Experience in NBFC and DSA preferably in mortgages
Other Requirements: Own Conveyance strong local industry network
