Overview
The Enterprise Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving the revenue growth and strategic direction of the organization. This position is responsible for spearheading the sales efforts targeted at large enterprises ensuring our solutions meet their complex needs. The Enterprise Sales Manager serves as both a leader and a strategist managing a team of sales professionals while actively engaging with stakeholders at all levels within client organizations. By developing novel sales strategies and leveraging market insights the Enterprise Sales Manager ensures our offerings remain competitive in a constantly evolving market landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans that meet or exceed company goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to increase productivity and performance.
- Identify and engage with potential enterprise clients to drive sales opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and develop strategies to capitalize on potential weaknesses in the competition.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to key stakeholders.
- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance brand presence.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with large enterprise customers.
- Forecast sales performance targets and ensure they are met or exceeded.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage customer feedback and work towards enhancing client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the capabilities of the sales team.
- Represent the company at trade shows conferences and networking events.
- Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activity.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new clients.
Experience:
Experience working in startup environments and closing deals with Fortune 500 enterprise companies
Learning and picking up new tools will be an important factor.

Should have an appetite to learn new things and add value to the product sales innovative and dynamic talent is
needed for this role and the interest to do sales is important only those applicants who are interested may apply.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate the value and distinct feature sets of the product
Empathetic to customer needs with a strong focus on customer success and building long term relationship
Experience with JIRA ZenDesk Freshworks ecosystem will be a big plus
Engineering/Support Engineer background is a big plus
