The Talent Expert plays a crucial role in an organization by identifying attracting and retaining top talent. This position focuses on enhancing the overall recruitment strategy and ensuring that the organization has the right skills to meet its goals. A Talent Expert is not only responsible for filling open positions but also contributes to building a strong employer brand improving candidate experience and fostering relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders. The Talent Expert utilizes market insights and data analytics to inform strategies enhance talent engagement and support the companys longterm workforce planning. As an essential part of the HR team the Talent Expert collaborates closely with hiring managers to define job requirements develop recruitment strategies and streamline the hiring process. In todays competitive job market the Talent Expert s ability to effectively source and engage candidates is vital for organizational success and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Partner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and assist in the selection of candidates.
  • Manage candidate relationships and maintain a positive candidate experience.
  • Analyze hiring metrics to improve recruitment processes.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance employer branding initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and salary benchmarks.
  • Facilitate hiring events such as job fairs and workshops.
  • Provide training and support to hiring managers in the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to recruitment activities.
  • Evaluate and recommend recruitment agencies and external partners.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in hiring practices.
  • Contribute to the development of onboarding processes for new hires.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Proven track record of filling roles across various levels and functions.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment software and databases.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in using social media platforms for recruitment.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience in developing talent acquisition metrics and reports.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and ethical recruiting practices.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence decisionmaking.
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Commitment to diversity equity and inclusion in hiring practices.
  • HR certification or professional development courses are a plus.
