Job Description
This role is for one of the Weekdays clients
We are looking for a Frontend Developer to help shape an outstanding user experience for our platform. In this role you ll collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design build and deliver intuitive and scalable frontend solutions. You ll play a key part in setting development standards and contributing to the growth of our engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive highquality frontend applications.
- Work closely with designers and backend engineers to create visually appealing and functional user interfaces.
- Define and uphold best practices for frontend development ensuring code quality performance and scalability.
- Contribute to selecting and evolving the frontend technology stack to balance innovation and efficiency.
- Participate in discussions on product design and user experience to align engineering efforts with business objectives.
- Support and guide new team members as the team grows.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong proficiency in modern frontend technologies like ReactJS Vue.js or Angular.
- Solid understanding of JavaScript HTML5 and CSS3.
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g. Redux MobX) and frontend testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with build tools and frameworks such as Webpack or Vite.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail when building user interfaces.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in startups or earlystage companies.
- Familiarity with design systems component libraries and UX principles.
- Understanding of backend technologies and API integration.
