Job Description
- Develop comprehensive training materials that cover data science and AIML topics.
- Conduct interactive workshops and lectures demonstrating practical applications of theories.
- Assess trainee skills and aptitudes to tailor training sessions accordingly.
- Guide participants through handson projects to reinforce theoretical concepts.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in data science and AI.
- Provide oneonone mentorship and support to trainees posttraining.
- Evaluate and provide feedback on participant projects and assignments.
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance training content.
- Design assessments to measure learning outcomes and identify areas of improvement.
- Implement effective teaching methodologies to ensure knowledge retention.
- Facilitate group discussions and encourage knowledge sharing among trainees.
- Utilize various teaching tools and technologies to enhance learning experience.
- Organize and participate in workshops/conferences related to data science and AI.
- Establish connections with industry experts to provide realworld insights to trainees.
- Maintain and update an online portal for resource sharing and trainee engagement.
- Bachelors degree in Data Science Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience in data science and AIML training or mentoring.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and models.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python/R and SQL.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Matplotlib).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience in curriculum design and educational methodologies.
- Handson experience in implementing AIML projects.
- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g. Hadoop Spark) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
- Certification in data science or AIML will be an advantage.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
