Overview: The HR Executive plays a crucial role in managing the most valuable asset of our organization its people. This position is responsible for supporting HRrelated functions and ensuring a productive work environment that fosters employee engagement and satisfaction. The HR Executive serves as the point of contact for employees regarding HR policies benefits and various human resources inquiries. They are instrumental in recruitment onboarding performance management and employee relations. By fostering a strong company culture and aligning HR strategies with business objectives the HR Executive aids in the overall growth and sustainability of the organization. This role demands a proactive approach to building and maintaining relationships within the workforce while continuously improving HR processes to better meet the needs of the organization and its employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle including job postings screening interviewing and onboarding.
- Facilitate and coordinate employee orientation and training programs.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies benefits and other HRrelated issues.
- Support performance management processes including evaluations and feedback.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee turnover to identify trends.
- Support compensation and benefits administration including assistance with payroll.
- Assist in the management of employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
- Maintain HR databases and compile reports on various HR metrics.
- Participate in designing and implementing training and development programs.
- Help ensure diversity and inclusion initiatives are integrated into HR practices.
- Conduct research on best HR practices to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Facilitate compliance training and ensure adherence to organizational policies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- 13 years of experience in an HR role preferably in a generalist capacity.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
- Experience in employee development and training programs.
