Overview
The Sales Telecalling position plays a crucial role in driving the companys revenue growth by directly engaging with potential customers over the phone. Sales Telecallers are responsible for generating leads nurturing client relationships and closing sales in a professional manner. They are the frontline representatives of the organization often making the first impression on potential clients which is vital in building brand loyalty and increasing customer retention. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning techniques and active listening.
- Create and maintain a list of prospects and follow up via email or phone.
- Maintain accurate records of calls customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Deliver scripted sales pitches to engage and inform customers about offerings.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in tele sales telemarketing or related sales role.
