SAP ABAP with S4 HANA
Location Bengaluru Hyderabad Chennai Mumbai Pune Kolkata and Gurugram

Job Description
1 . 5 years of relevant experience
2. S4HANA implementation experience is a must
3. Strong ABAP development expertise in at least 3 out of 6 (W R I C E F) areas (Workflow Reports Interface Conversion Enhancements and Forms)
4. Should have experience in managing 1 2 junior team members so we can deploy campus along with them
5. Should be able to Design (TechSpec) and Develop objects independently along with them
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 5 years of SAP ABAP development experience with at least one S/4HANA implementation experience.
- ABAP Proficiency: Expertise in at least three of the following ABAP development areas:
- Workflow
- Reports
- Interfaces
- Conversion
- Enhancements
- Forms
- Leadership: Experience in leading small teams with the ability to mentor junior developers and guide them through technical challenges.
- S4HANA Knowledge: Handson experience working on S/4HANA development projects understanding the differences between ECC and S/4HANA and the integration requirements of new technologies.
- TechSpec Creation: Ability to independently design and document technical solutions (TechSpecs) based on business requirements.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and functional teams effectively.
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 and modern SAP technologies is a plus.
- SAP certification in ABAP or S/4HANA is desirable.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP ABAP Developer with a strong background in S/4HANA implementations. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of handson experience in ABAP development particularly in at least three out of the six core areas of SAP development (Workflow Reports Interfaces Conversion Enhancements and Forms). This is a technical role that will also require leadership skills as you will be managing junior team members and guiding them in their development tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- S/4HANA Implementation: Lead and participate in the design development and deployment of custom SAP solutions in S/4HANA environments.
- ABAP Development: Strong expertise in ABAP programming with experience across at least three out of the following six areas:
- Workflow
- Reports
- Interfaces
- Conversion
- Enhancements
- Forms
