Franchise Executive Job Description

The Franchise Executive plays a pivotal role in the expansion and management of the franchise network within the organization. This position is primarily responsible for identifying potential franchise partners nurturing relationships and ensuring that franchise operations adhere to established brand standards. In a dynamic market such as Mumbai the Franchise Executive will leverage their expertise to drive sales growth mitigate risks and implement best practices to enhance the overall efficiency of franchise operations. Their contributions are critical as they not only seek out new business opportunities but also help existing franchisees to flourish. The success of the franchise model hinges on the ability of the Franchise Executive to align franchisees with the organizations goals and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate potential franchise partners.
  • Conduct market research to drive franchise growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees.
  • Deliver training programs to new franchisees.
  • Monitor franchisee performance and compliance.
  • Assist in developing franchise marketing strategies.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees.
  • Gather feedback from franchisees for system improvement.
  • Analyze sales data and negotiate franchise agreements.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to align efforts.
  • Ensure timely communication of updates and changes to franchise network.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 24 years of experience in franchise management or business development.
  • Strong understanding of franchise operations and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in training and development.
  • Ability to analyze market data and trends.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Willingness to travel within Mumbai as necessary.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and strategic planning.
  • Problemsolving attitude and flexibility in approach.
  • Experience with CRM and data analysis tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation software.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
