At Fancall we are looking for a motivated and dynamic Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction fostering longterm relationships with our users and enhancing the overall experience of both fans and creators on our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Handle customer queries concerns and complaints promptly and professionally via phone email or chat.
- Relationship Building: Build strong longlasting relationships with fans and creators to ensure their engagement and satisfaction with Fancall.
- Problem Resolution: Identify customer needs address concerns and resolve issues effectively to deliver a seamless experience.
- Feedback Management: Collect and analyze customer feedback to suggest improvements in the platform and services.
- Account Management: Assist creators in setting up their profiles managing bookings and ensuring they understand the platform s features.
- Data Tracking: Maintain records of customer interactions activities and resolutions for reporting purposes.
- Proactive Outreach: Notify customers of updates new features or promotions that may enhance their experience with Fancall.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor s degree in any field (preferred).
- Experience: 12 years in customer service relationship management or a related role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
- Problemsolving skills: Ability to think critically and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Empathy: Demonstrated ability to handle customers with patience and care.
- TechSavvy: Familiarity with online platforms and basic software tools like MS Office or CRM software.
- Attitude: Proactive solutionoriented and passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
