The VAM Production Specialist uses their expertise in food manufacturing food safety and quality control to establish or improve existing production processes and activities for all valueadded meat products. He monitors VAM production in different toll manufacturing facilities supervises strict implementation of standard production processes and quality controls and ensures accuracy and completeness of production reports and other documents.
Qualifications :
Education:
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Food Technology Biology Nutrition Chemistry or any related course.
Experience:
At least 12 years experience in related work with strong technical knowledge in food manufacturing/meat processing and quality assurance/control
Licenses:
Food Technologist License with GMP/Food Safety trainings; FSCO certification is a plus
