Required Skills / Attributes:
- Procurement Knowledge: Strong understanding of the procurement process terminology activities and workflow.
- P2P Process Expertise: Experience handling the Purchase to Pay (P2P) process including enquiry quotation PR PO RFQ RFP and managing payables for assigned suppliers.
- Relevant Experience: Knowledge in key procurement areas such as imports exports taxation customs CHA logistics HS Codes etc.
- Supplier Management: Ability to manage suppliers on a daily basis build relationships negotiate and strategize when required.
- Procurement Initiatives: Actively participate and drive initiatives like cost reduction supplier management sustainability and EHS.
- Technical Understanding: Ability to understand and interpret technical requirements translating them to identify suitable suppliers and sourcing costeffective materials parts goods and services (including BOMs).
- CrossDepartment Collaboration: Effective in managing relationships with internal teams (Manufacturing Toolroom Finance Sales HR etc.) and external parties (Suppliers Freight Forwarders etc.).
- DeadlineOriented: Ability to work under tight deadlines multitask and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure deliverables are met.
- Initiative and Accountability: Demonstrates accountability integrity and professionalism while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Teamwork: Positive and mature approach to problemsolving and working with teams.
- Communication Skills: Strong spoken and written communication skills in English with additional knowledge of Kannada and Hindi being a plus.
- Software Proficiency: Strong skills in MS Office tools (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook) and experience with ERP systems like Oracle and SAP.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the procurement team in executing procurement strategies and activities.
- Ensure timely and costeffective sourcing of materials goods and services from qualified suppliers.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms and prices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand technical requirements and ensure alignment with sourcing needs.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives and manage supplier performance.
- Participate in procurement planning and forecasting to meet production and operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies legal requirements and company standards.
- Handle documentation including purchase orders quotations contracts and other procurementrelated paperwork.
- Assist in supplier management performance evaluations and compliance checks.
- Coordinate logistics import/export processes and customs clearance.
- Undertake any additional tasks projects or assignments as required by the manager.

Preferred Candidates:
