Job Description
- ResponsibilitiesProduction planning and scheduling: Develop and maintain production plans and schedules and ensure that production targets are met
- Resource utilization: Ensure efficient use of resources such as labor tools and equipment
- Inventory management: Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment
- Quality control: Implement quality control measures to meet product specifications
- Production data analysis: Analyze production data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
- Production issues: Identify and resolve production issues or interruptions to minimize downtime
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production processes
- Safety and compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Equipment maintenance: Participate in the maintenance and upkeep of production machinery and equipment.
- Knowledge of fabrication processes / techniques manufacturing of pressure vessels heat exchangers columns reactors etc. Planning and monitoring day to day materials movement in shopfloor. Attending customers calls and updating their order status. Knowledge on ISO ASME IBR & EN codes
