Job Summary: The Regional Sales Manager Channel Sales will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with channel partners to drive revenue growth in specified region. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in channel sales and partner management as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Development: Identify recruit and onboard new channel partners to expand the companys distribution network. Develop and execute strategies to strengthen relationships with existing partners.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive growth through channel partners. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate partner performance providing support and guidance to help partners achieve their sales targets. Implement programs to enhance partner performance and satisfaction.
- Training and Support: Provide training and resources to channel partners to ensure they are wellequipped to sell the companys products and services. Assist partners with marketing sales tools and promotional activities.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on sales performance market trends and partner activities. Use datadriven insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including marketing product development and customer service to ensure alignment and support for channel sales initiatives.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders through channel partners. Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in channel sales partner management or related roles preferably within building material industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through channel partners.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of channel sales and partner management strategies.
- Excellent negotiation communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
