Job Title: Procurement Specialist
Location: Kokapet Hyderabad

Role Description
III studio is a leading Interior design firm primarily into design & execution of luxury homes commercial & office spaces. We are a boutique design firm with a team of passionate designers and execution managers. We are looking for a detailoriented Procurement Executive to manage the sourcing and purchasing of materials furniture and d cor items for our interior design projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all items are procured at the best possible price meet quality standards and are delivered on time to align with project schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source negotiate and purchase materials furniture and d cor items for various interior design projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors suppliers and manufacturers to ensure quality and costeffectiveness.
- Coordinate deliveries and manage the timely arrival of materials to meet project timelines.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure procurement is aligned with project needs.
- Review and assess product samples ensuring quality standards are met.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure favorable terms.
- Maintain records of purchases invoices and profitability of the projects.
- Assist in budgeting and cost management for procurement activities.
- Collaborate with the design and project management teams to meet project requirements.
- Closely work with finance team in the periodic reconciliation process
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in procurement preferably within the interior design construction or furniture industry.
- Strong negotiation communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with crossfunctional teams.
- Proficiency in procurement software MS Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) and inventory management tools.
- Familiarity with interior design materials and suppliers is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of industry trends supplier markets and procurement best practices.
- Prior experience working with highend or luxury interior design projects.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (Telugu is a plus).
