Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Educate patients and their families on anesthesia procedures and potential risks.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures related to anesthesia administration.
- Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia services and patient records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer reviews.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in anesthesiology and pain management.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior anesthesiology staff and medical students.

Required Qualifications
- MD or DA in Anesthesiology from a recognized institution.
- State medical license to practice in Maharashtra.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical anesthesia practice.
- Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Strong understanding of pharmacology and anesthetic agents.
- Experience in pain management techniques and procedures.
