Job Type: Internship

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Operations Intern to join our dynamic team at the FTV India Head Office. The ideal candidate will have a strong willingness to learn basic analytical skills and a foundational understanding of clientvendor coordination. A passion for wellness will be a significant advantage. This role requires someone who is comfortable working with numbers and can assist in the smooth operation of our projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operations of the company ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Support coordination efforts with clients and vendors to facilitate communication and resolve issues.
- Help maintain and update operational records reports and documentation.
- Utilize Excel for basic data analysis reporting and tracking of various operational metrics.
- Monitor vendor performance to ensure quality and compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to support the implementation of operational strategies and initiatives.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting tasks providing insights based on numerical data.
- Participate in wellness initiatives and programs to promote a healthy work environment.
- Identify areas for process improvement and suggest solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field.
- Basic understanding of operations or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel including basic functions and data entry.
- Interest in clientvendor coordination and relationship management.
- Strong numerical aptitude and analytical mindset.
- Familiarity with wellness programs or initiatives is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
