Job Description
Position: Data Analyst
Location: Surat
Experience: 23 Years
Job Overview:
We are looking for a detailoriented and analytical Data Analyst with 23 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting analyzing and interpreting data to provide insights that will help drive strategic decisions. In this role you will have the opportunity to work in the green logistics sector and contribute to sustainable initiatives through datadriven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect organize and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and maintain data dashboards reports and visualizations to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with different teams (operations product and management) to understand business needs and provide datadriven solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting and analysis tools.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track performance metrics to evaluate the company s operational efficiency and delivery performance.
- Conduct predictive and prescriptive analytics to optimize logistics fleet performance and cost management.
- Assist in developing strategies for improving overall operational and financial performance based on data analysis.
- Work with SQL and other database tools to manage data collection transformation and reporting.
Requirements:
- 23 years of experience in data analysis preferably in logistics ecommerce or techdriven industries.
- Proficiency in SQL Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau Power BI or Google Data Studio.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis data modeling and data mining techniques.
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.
- Strong communication skills to present findings to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with logistics or ecommerce analytics is a plus.
