Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and analyze blueprints and technical drawings.
- Perform various welding techniques including MIG TIG and Arc welding.

- Clean and prepare metal surfaces for welding.
- Operate and maintain welding equipment and machinery.

- Maintain detailed records of work performed and materials used.
- Execute repairs on damaged metal structures as needed.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification from a welding technology program is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in welding roles.
- Proficient in multiple welding techniques and metal types.
- Strong understanding of safety practices in welding.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Familiarity with welding equipment and machinery.
- Physical strength to handle materials and perform extensive manual tasks.
- Excellent handeye coordination.
- Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Good communication skills for team collaboration.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as necessary.
- Ability to work in various environments including outdoor settings.
