Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and resultsdriven Business Development Executive (BDE) with a passion for sales technology and customer engagement. As a BDE in our IT services division you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building and nurturing client relationships and driving sales of IT services including software development IT consulting cloud solutions and managed services.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify research and target potential clients in the IT services sector. Use outbound sales techniques (cold calling email campaigns etc.) to generate leads.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong longlasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored IT solutions. Maintain frequent communication with clients and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage sales leads follow up on potential opportunities and ensure continuous movement through the sales funnel using CRM tools.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends competitive landscape and client needs. Provide feedback and insights to internal teams to improve service offerings and customer engagement.
  • Reporting: Regularly report on sales activities lead status sales forecasts and revenue performance to the sales manager.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelors degree in any field.
  • Experience: 13 years of experience in IT services sales business development or a similar role.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of IT services software development cloud solutions and managed services.
  • Excellent communication and is a hunter by nature
Key Competencies:
  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets with a proactive approach to identifying and closing new business opportunities.
  • CustomerCentric Approach: Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to understand customer needs and translate them into IT service solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams including technical support and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.
