Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze chemical solutions for experiments.
- Conduct laboratory tests and report findings.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure it is functioning properly.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
- Calibrate laboratory instruments as needed.
- Document experimental results meticulously and prepare reports.
- Assist in the development of new laboratory techniques.
- Support researchers in experimental design and methodologies.
- Manage inventory of laboratory supplies and order as necessary.
- Train and supervise junior laboratory staff or interns.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Participate in project discussions and contribute insights.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on research projects.
- Perform quality control checks on laboratory procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of samples and experiments.
Required Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor s degree in relevant field (Biology Chemistry etc.).
- Experience working in a clinical or research laboratory.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment and procedures.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to lab work.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Proficient in using software for data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to conduct experiments and analyze data accurately.
- Prior experience with quality control processes is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Flexibility to work various shifts if required.
