Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) Sales
Location: Andheri Mumbai
Experience Required: 23 years of sales experience in the Edutech industry (mandatory)

Role Summary:

Join a leading Edutech company as a Business Development Executive (BDE) Sales. This role is tailored for professionals with proven expertise in the Edutech sector focusing on client acquisition relationship management and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
  • Identify potential clients within the Edutech space and build a pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Leverage industry knowledge to connect with schools institutions and corporate clients.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong longterm relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as a trusted advisor understanding client needs and recommending tailored Edutech solutions.
  • Sales Execution & Strategy:
  • Conduct product presentations and demos that highlight the value of Edutech offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Market Research & Industry Insight:
  • Stay updated on Edutech trends competitor activities and market demands.
  • Provide insights to refine product offerings and sales strategies based on client feedback.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of leads opportunities and sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Generate and present regular sales performance reports to the leadership team.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience:
  • 23 years of sales experience in the Edutech industry is mandatory.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent presentation and relationshipbuilding abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM tools sales tracking and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field (preferred).
