About this role
TFS HealthScience is a leading global midsize Contract Research Organization (CRO) that partners with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies throughout their entire clinical development journey. Our expertise includes fullservice capabilities resourcing and Functional Service (FSP) solutions.
The Site Coordinator is responsible for supporting investigational site operations to ensure clinical studies are conducted efficiently and with highquality standards. You will work under the supervision of the Principal Investigator contributing to patient recruitment data entry and overall study execution.
As part of our SRS/FSP team you will be dedicated to one sponsor a global pharmaceutical/biotech company that is an industry leader in clinical research and drug development.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and resolve queries to maintain highquality study data.
- Assist with patient recruitment and schedule patient visits.
- Support the Principal Investigator with Ethics Committee submissions.
- Maintain and update the Investigator Site File and study documentation.
- Manage study drug accountability and dispensing logs.
- Attend monitoring visits audits and inspections as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent experience (relevant experience acceptable if focused on data entry tasks).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong adaptability and flexibility in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficient in Italian and English both written and verbal communication.
- Willingness to travel as required for the role.
