Job Description
Job Title: SAP BASIS Consultant
Overview
Required Qualifications
Proficient in managing complex SAP landscapes.
Experienced in performing installations and system refresh activities for ECC BI PI and Solution Manager landscapes.
Skilled in spool background and print management.
Capable of conducting system performance analysis.
Experienced in SAP system monitoring for ECC BI PI and Solution Manager.
Knowledgeable in landscape/platform design sizing upgrades and operations management within large SAP landscapes.
Good understanding of Linux and the deployment of SAP solutions on the Linux platform.
Proficient in troubleshooting BASIS issues across ABAP and JAVA stacks.
Solid understanding of networks printer servers operating systems and disk storage.
At least one year of experience working with HANA databases.
Experienced in system copy client copy kernel patching and support package upgrades.
Familiar with upgrading both ABAP and JAVA stack systems using SUM tools.
Required experience in implementing Solution Manager Early Watch Alerts (EWA) for S/4HANA systems.
MustHave Skills:
Minimum of 12 endtoend implementations required.
Understanding of database operating system and network concepts as they relate to the SAP landscape.
Experience with SAP implementation methodology and deliverables.
Ensure that all services meet client specifications and standards.
Perform SAP performance tuning and monitoring as well as transport management.
Experience with SAP RISE is essential.
