Job Description

Deputy General Manager Operations
Gurgaon India
Job Title: DGMOperations
Level: Deputy General Manager
Job Location: Gurgaon
Team Management (Y/N): Y
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement within the process.
  • Mentoring team to drive employee performance consistently (customer service calls are answered in a timely efficient and knowledgeable manner).
Schedule weekly and monthly reviews with supervisors to discuss review and create action plans to ensure call center objectives are achieved.
  • Collaborate with Internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery
  • Review and track the delivery of the assigned project
  • Improve customer experience while engaging with Inter and Intra departments
  • Ability to understand the Financial aspect of the project and bring in cost saving initiatives.
  • Has understanding of cost per service and balance service delivery at optimum cost.
  • Provide statistical and performance feedback and coaching on a regular basis to each team member.
  • Responds diligently and ensure appropriate resolution to all employee related concerns.
  • Establishes work procedures and processes that support the company and departmental standards procedures and strategic directives.
  • Demonstrate effective people management skills reduction in shrinkage & attrition performance management retention and hiring of the employees within the department.
  • Manage and govern multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Identify areas for process optimization and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Reviews call center performance and Analyses inputs.
  • Team handling exposure
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Well versed with MS Office (Excel PowerPoint)
  • Flexible to work in 24*7 environment.
  • Graduate in any stream MBA will be preferred.
  • Overall 10 years of Experience
  • Must have understanding of Captive contact center business.
  • Domestic Contact center experience is a MUST.
  • Startup Mindset Ability to build and operate at the same time.
