Sales Trainer
The role of a Sales Trainer is pivotal in enhancing the overall performance of a sales team. Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or related field.
- 5 years of experience in sales with at least 2 year in a training role.
- Proven success as a sales representative or trainer.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Ability to develop training materials and curricula.
- Understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
- Experience with elearning platforms and instructional technologies.
- Ability to assess training effectiveness through performance metrics.
- Skilled in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- High level of interpersonal and relational skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate teams.
- Flexibility to adapt training techniques to diverse audiences.
- Certifications in training and development are a plus.
