Job Description
Location: Vadodara Gujarat
Salary: Up to 20000 per month
Employment Type: FullTime OnSite
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Work Schedule: 2nd & 4th Saturdays off

Role Overview
We are seeking a driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. This role involves managing and optimizing digital ad campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing a strong analytical mindset and the ability to drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan execute and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to enhance campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics including CTR CPC and ROI.
- Develop and test ad creatives landing pages and audience targeting strategies.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present actionable insights to the team.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in digital marketing and advertising platforms.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to align campaigns with brand goals.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 06 month experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Google Ads Facebook Business Manager and related tools.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Ability to create effective ad copy and engaging visuals.
- Knowledge of A/B testing and performance optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with audience segmentation and targeting strategies.
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or a related field preferred.
- Personal Traits:
- Selfmotivated and resultsdriven.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
