Responsibilities:
1. Front Desk Operations:
Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage patient checkins registrations and appointments.
Handle inquiries related to hospital services.
2. Patient Coordination:
Guide patients to respective departments or consultation rooms.
Ensure proper flow of information between patients and healthcare providers.
3. Administrative Support:
Maintain accurate patient records and update them as needed.
Collect and process payments provide receipts and handle billing queries.
Manage calls emails and correspondence efficiently.
4. Other Duties:
Ensure the reception area is tidy and wellorganized.
Provide basic information about hospital policies and procedures.
Assist with emergency cases by coordinating with relevant teams.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospital or healthcare setup.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and hospital management software.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Must be professional polite and customerfocused.
