Overview
The Franchise Manager plays a critical role in the growth and profitability of an organization by overseeing the franchise operations and ensuring alignment with company policies culture and strategy. Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in franchise management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of franchise operations and support systems.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with franchisees.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Experience with financial analysis and budgeting.
- Ability to travel as needed to support franchisees and operations.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements for franchising.
