Position Title: UiPath RPA developer
Experience: 5 years of experience on UiPath RPA developer with knowledge of python & selenium.
Salary Budget: Max 13 LPA
US Shift only
Payroll: Epicenter Technologies
Project: Web based Svc/answer/jgmt automation
Scope: automation of web verification processing using Python/Java Selenium/RPA; integrateinto RM in a way that is importable with access to a reviewable screen capture.
Resources: We would require a python developer with knowledge of selenium (not a difficult or uncommon framework) who can turn current SOPs into an automated process based on a csv export of open records from RM. We would also need development time for RM to create a new export/import of each of these necessary required fields for each court and image record.
Basic overview:
This project would reduce the hours/mo that vendor and KWA spends checking these files. The process would be ssr driven and limited based on courts that the process has been developed for. I would imagine there be a log web status review similar to a log for Accurint imports that would hold each time the check was run and the results. We should tie an image to this as well.
We would need to develop the export to have the required fields that the python app would nee to use to reach the webpage and case info. Each of these can be created off of the indepth
SOPs. A Selenium developer should be able to create these in fairly quick succession.
Perhaps a 612 month project for full implementation can see benefits from high volume courts in a few months.
Going forward a skilled resource will be required to make changes as websites update or web driver changes. Once this project is finished the savings from vendor and internal resources will roughly cover the added cost of this developer. Every other project is more profitable for the firm as is scaling.
Recommendation: Hire a python/Java RPA developer on a 6month contract to hire basis with goals of completing this project and assessing other automation/development projects > efiling client web downloads Database design review potential PowerBuilder development
Probably a developer with 13 years of RPA experience 13 years of java/python experience and prior project experience with Selenium web sing/automation. Contract to hire hedges the firm s bet and gives the firm an easy out if we change course on automation initiatives.
If we want to increase firm productivity without continuously increasing headcount and
outsourcing an RPA developer is going to be the best bang for the buck. Most anyone who can do selenium/Java could pick up UIPath.
