Job Description
Job Title: Collections Executive (First Party Collections)
Process: Credit Card Collections (US Process)
Location: Thane
Job Role:
- Manage outbound collections operations for a USbased credit card collection process.
- Effectively handle customer interactions to recover overdue payments while maintaining professional standards.
Salary:
- Up to 35000 for candidates without prior collections experience.
- Up to 38000 for candidates with prior collections experience.
Work Details:
- Workdays: 5 days per week.
- Shift Timings: US Shifts (night shifts).
- Week Offs: Rotational (any 2 days off per week).
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: SSC / HSC / Graduate.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in an International BPO is mandatory.
- Communication Skills: Good to excellent verbal communication skills are required.
- Age Limit: Maximum 37 years.
Travel and Allowances:
- Travel Boundaries:
- Kurla to Kalyan.
- Kurla to Nerul.
- Only Mira Road.
- Travel Benefits: Centralized pickup and home drop services are provided.
Note: This position requires individuals with a professional approach excellent negotiation skills and the ability to meet collections targets effectively.
