Position: Power Platform Developer
Experience: 5 Years
Salary Range: 10 12 LPA
Location: Pune/Bangalore
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
Job Description
We are looking for a talented Power Platform Developer to design develop and implement solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. This role involves building and customizing Power Apps creating workflows with Power Automate and integrating data from various systems. You will play a key role in streamlining business processes and driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Design develop secure and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps and Power Automate for prototyping and production use.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Build and customize Power Apps canvas and modeldriven apps including forms views and business process flows.
- Develop and maintain data integrations using prebuilt or custom connectors with various systems and databases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Platform applications.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure reliability and performance.
- Provide technical guidance to stakeholders on effectively leveraging Power Platform capabilities.
- Work with the Power Platform operations team on lifecycle management and issue resolution.
- Prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate).
- Strong experience with Power Apps canvas and modeldriven apps including form and entity customizations.
- Expertise in automating business processes using Power Automate workflows and business process flows.
- Knowledge of data integration techniques (e.g. APIs REST) and creating/using connectors with databases like SQL Dataverse and systems like SharePoint Online.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as .NET C# or JavaScript is a plus.
- Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in optimizing business processes and understanding system architectures.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with ITIL change management practices is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Power Platform development with a portfolio of solutions developed.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.
