Overview
The Paid Media Executive plays a pivotal role in driving the success of digital marketing initiatives within the organization. This position is responsible for planning executing and managing campaigns across various paid media channels to optimize performance and maximize ROI. The Paid Media Executive must stay current with industry trends tools and technologies to effectively reach target audiences and achieve business objectives. This role collaborates closely with crossfunctional teams including creative analytics and sales to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns that resonate with potential customers. Additionally the Paid Media Executive analyzes data to draw insights and make datadriven recommendations for ongoing optimization. Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Create manage and optimize campaigns on Meta LinkedIn and Google Ads platforms.
- Data Analysis: Leverage data to track performance metrics such as CTR CPC conversion rates and more ensuring campaigns meet industry benchmarks.
- Ad Setup & Pixel Integration: Set up and track ads effectively including proper pixel implementation and troubleshooting.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor analyze and report campaign performance to maximize ROI and achieve client/brand goals.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry standards for CTR conversion rates and other relevant metrics.
- Communication & Collaboration: Coordinate with crossfunctional teams present campaign insights and recommend actionable strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
- Proven datadriven mindset with a knack for understanding campaign metrics and performance.
- Expertise in CTR CPC conversion rates and other performance formulas and metrics.
- Handson experience with Meta Ads LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads platforms including advanced ad setup.
- Knowledge of pixel tracking and implementation.
- Industry knowledge to understand benchmarks and set realistic campaign goals.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Paid Media or Performance Marketing.
