Position: Executive Assistant to MD
Department: Administration
Location: Bahadurgarh
Reporting To: Managing Director (MD)
Salary 18k 22k CTC
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage the MD s calendar schedule meetings appointments and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence reports presentations and other documentation as required.
- Act as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
Project Coordination:
- Assist in the coordination and followup of projects ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Prepare and track projectrelated reports and documents.
Meeting Management:
- Organize and coordinate meetings including preparing agendas taking minutes and distributing them to relevant parties.
- Track action items and ensure timely followup on decisions made during meetings.
Communication and Correspondence:
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications including emails calls and letters ensuring timely responses.
- Draft official communications memos and announcements on behalf of the MD.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain and update confidential files documents and records.
- Compile data for reports presentations and performance reviews as required.
Travel and Event Management:
- Plan and coordinate travel arrangements including booking flights accommodations and local transportation.
- Organize events conferences and meetings ensuring all logistical aspects are covered.
Confidentiality and Discretion:
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost integrity.
- Maintain a high degree of professionalism in all interactions.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Familiarity with project management tools and CRM software is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
