About the Role
Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Digital Marketing Associate to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our online presence including social media website and tech blog. You will also collaborate with our engineering team to create engaging content such as YouTube videos and actively participate in marketing initiatives webinars and community outreach programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Maintain and manage our LinkedIn and other social media accounts to ensure consistent and engaging content that aligns with our brand.
- Content Creation: Work with engineers and technical teams to create educational and promotional YouTube videos for our channel.
- Website and Blog Management: Oversee the content on our website and tech blog ensuring it is uptodate relevant and optimized for engagement.
- Marketing Campaigns: Participate in joint marketing activities and events including collaborations with GCP (Google Cloud Platform) and other partners.
- Webinars & Events: Organize and conduct webinars workshops and other digital events to engage with potential leads and communities.
- Community Engagement: Liaise with tech communities like GDE (Google Developer Expert) and GDG (Google Developer Groups) to organize events hackathons and other communitydriven activities.
- Lead Generation: Focus on generating inbound leads through content marketing webinars and digital campaigns to help drive business growth.
Requirements:
- 13 years of experience in digital marketing social media management or content creation.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn Twitter Facebook etc.) and their best practices.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic web editing.
- Ability to create engaging video content (basic video editing skills are a plus).
- Experience with community engagement and event coordination is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Selfmotivated organized and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for technology marketing and growing an online community.
