Job Description
we are looking for an experienced Waiter . The ideal candidate should have 1 to 4 years of experience in the hotel or restaurant industry. Responsibilities include taking customer orders serving food and beverages ensuring excellent dining experiences and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Strong communication skills a positive attitude and a customerfocused approach are essential for this role.
Responsibilities
Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
Address customer queries about the menu and offer recommendations as needed.
Ensure tables are clean set and wellmaintained before and after service.
Handle payments and maintain accurate billing records.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth order delivery.
Adhere to all health and safety standards in food handling and serving.
Resolve customer complaints or escalate them to the manager when necessary.
Maintain a polite professional and welcoming demeanor at all times.
