Job Description
we required Sales coordinator for our group company VILAS Transcore limited the company specializes in the manufacturing and supply of components for the power distribution and transmission sector.
Qualification & Experience
Experience of 5 to 8 years in the STEEL. CRGO manufacturing Industry
Responsibility
1. Manpower Handling
- Manage and oversee the work of production staff ensuring optimal performance and adherence to schedules.
2. Ensure Availability of Material at Machine
- Coordinate with the Planning Engineer and Production Engineer to ensure that necessary materials are available at machines.
3. Ensure QC Checks for Materials
- Verify that all materials are subjected to quality control checks before use.
4. Allocation of Work to Workers
- Allocate tasks to workers based on drawings and supervise their work for quality assurance.
5. Distribute Work as per Priority
- Prioritize and distribute work based on production requirements and urgency.
6. Ensure Quality of Cutting Material
- Oversee the cutting of materials ensuring it aligns with the specifications in the drawings.
7. Ensure Targeted Production and Dispatch
- Manage production and dispatch targets according to priority schedules.
8. Manage Workload of Absent Personnel
- Distribute work among remaining staff to cover for absent personnel effectively.
- 9. Material Packing
- Oversee the packing of materials to ensure they meet quality standards and are ready for dispatch.
10. Reporting to Production Engineer and Production Manager
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Production Engineer and Production Manager regarding operations and performance.
