Job Description
we required Sales coordinator for our group company VILAS Transcore limited the company specializes in the manufacturing and supply of components for the power distribution and transmission sector.
Experience
Experience of 10 to 15 years in the CRGO Industry
Responsibility
1. Strategic Forecasting and Capacity Planning
Develop a strategic plan for production and capacity utilization for the next two years aligned with market demand forecasts and the CRGO divisions capacity.
Purchase Receipt and Storage of Raw Materials
Ensure efficient procurement receipt and storage of CRGO coils and other consumables optimizing costs and minimizing waste.
- Material and Production Planning
Develop and execute effective material and production plans to meet customer requirements while optimizing resource use.
- Quality Control and Assurance : Ensure highquality standards in production reducing defects and ensuring compliance with customer specifications.
- Maintenance and Equipment Reliability: Maintain high equipment reliability and minimize downtime through proactive maintenance strategies.
Packaging and Dispatch Optimization : Optimize packaging and dispatch processes to ensure timely costeffective delivery of products.
- Reporting and ERP System Utilization
Provide timely and accurate progress reports to upper management using ERP systems for comprehensive data analysis.
- Guidance Skill Training and Development of Manpower : Lead and develop the workforce through training skill development and performance management.
- Recognition Rewards and Performance Evaluation
Implement a fair and motivating system for recognition and rewards to enhance employee performance and satisfaction.
- Fostering a Cohesive and Cooperative Environment
Promote teamwork communication and a positive work culture that encourages innovation and collaboration.
