Job Description
Main Job Purpose
To analyze and interpret the economic market data to make financial decisions for the company.
To Evaluate and perform the analysis of investment projects of the companys resources through Capex.
Principal Accountabilities
To make and present CapEx deep analysis
Preparation of monthly CapEx reporting
To create and present CapEx reports for Management
Develop reports graphs and mathematical models to assess the impact of financial decisions.
Provide investment advice and supervision
Predict trends and develop investment strategies
Review and approve Project Capex Requisitions
Evaluate the financial viability of the initiatives considering factors such as return on investment (ROI) cost of capital and potential associated risks.
Qualifications :
At least 6 years of experience in Financial Analysis in the area of Investment (CapEx) Depreciation calculations and ROI calculations in Automotive Companies.
Finances Major Degree
English Advanced
Strong Knowdlege in:
Financial Planning Processes
SAP PS BPC BW SAC CO and FI.
Excell Advanced User. Ability to create macros.
Skills :Comunication Analytical Customer Focus .
