Job Description
- Evaluation of entries from suppliers and customers managed through an inhouse IT system
- Implementation of global material and product compliance requirements
- Compliance with the threshold limits for regulated heavy metals in ELV Annex II (End of Life Vehicles Directive)
- Tracking changes in the regulatory framework
- Ensuring proper handling of REACHSVHC (substance of very high concern) in the company
- Declaration to SCIP (Substances of Concern In articles as such or in complex objects (Products))
- Track the process to completion of the IMDS task
- Relying on drawings to confirm the authenticity of the entries
- Work with a range of IT systems to access information regarding the material composition of the parts
- Assisting Quality department in evaluating entries from suppliers and customers
- Support to suppliers and customers in order to correctly enter data into the IMDS online system
- Timely completion of documents related to internal progress tracking
- Evaluates develops updates and documents process improvement procedures
- Performs all procedures and instructions resulting from international regulatory regulations and internal company manuals
Qualifications :
- University degree in Materials Science Chemistry or Physics
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
- Fluency in English language
- Experience with SAP would be considered a plus
- Familiarity with IMDS would be considered a plus
