Job Description:
Seeking a talented and creative InHouse Videographer and Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is skilled in video production editing and motion graphics with a flair for storytelling and a passion for creating engaging visual content. This role involves capturing and producing highquality video content that aligns with the company s branding and marketing goals including social media promotional materials and instore visual experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Video Production:
Capture highquality video footage including events product shots promotional content social media reels and spokesperson interviews.
Film content like store visuals renovation projects beforeandafter transformations client testimonials product shoots and company events.
Set up and adjust camera equipment (DSLR) and lighting to achieve the desired visual aesthetic.
Record additional footage (e.g. Broll) to supplement primary shots for a comprehensive visual narrative.
Ensure highquality audio capture using microphones audio equipment and sound checks during shoots.
Utilize AI tools for tasks like generating AI voiceovers as required.
2. Video Editing and PostProduction:
Edit raw video footage into cohesive and engaging videos using software like Adobe Premiere Pro.
Apply color correction sound design music and special effects to enhance production quality.
Provide creative input for improving storytelling visual composition and overall video impact.
Create and integrate motion graphics text overlays and animations to elevate visual appeal using tools like After Effects or Motion.
Clean and edit audio tracks ensuring highquality sound synchronization with video.
3. Content Optimization and Management:
Ensure timely delivery of video projects by effectively managing time across preproduction shooting and editing phases.
Maintain an organized library of video assets ensuring all footage is stored properly and accessible for future use.
Regularly inspect and maintain video equipment including cameras lenses and lighting ensuring they are in excellent working condition.
4. Social Media Content Creation:
Develop video content tailored for platforms such as Instagram YouTube Facebook and LinkedIn.
Adapt video formats and styles to meet the specific needs of each platform for maximum engagement.
Skills:
Experience:
Minimum of 13 years of experience in videography and editing.
Prior experience working with a brand or YouTube channel is a strong advantage.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in DSLR camera operation and lighting setups.
Expertise in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro and motion graphics tools like After Effects.
Knowledge of AI tools for voiceovers and other creative enhancements.
Strong understanding of social media video trends and platformspecific requirements.
Creative Skills:
Exceptional storytelling and visual composition abilities.
Attention to detail in editing and postproduction processes.
