Overall Purpose of Job:
Responsible for operation and continuous support and improvement of our global Talent Acquisition Suite based on SmartRecruiters. Continuously striving for process optimization and enhanced user experience and training being an essential part of the global HR digitalization team.
Main tasks roles and responsibilities:
- Supporting the rollout of SmartRecruiters at different locations (process modelling creating reports operating interfaces)
- Ensuring operation and continuous improvement of our global Talent Acquisition Suite based on SmartRecruiters
- Continuous application monitoring and problem analysis and solution as well as application release management
- Analyzing designing and implementing digital HR processes in the context of our corporate Talent Acquisition Management landscape
- Coordination and qualification of our global HR key user community and fostering an active practice sharing and learning transfer
- Continuously striving for an enhanced user experience
Qualifications :
Experiences and requirements:
Education
- College or University degree preferably in the field of Human Resources Information Science Business Process Management or Economics
Work experiences time/seniority/ sector:
- 3 years of relevant working experience in global organizations
- Solid professional experience with HR business processes and knowledge/experience with cloudbased applications ideally with SmartRecruiters or similar cloud applications
Technical/ IT knowledge:
- Understanding of Talent Acquisition & Attraction applications
- Solid process design and optimization skills
- Project management skills are an advantage
- Distinct affinity for IT topics
- Solid MS office skills
Language with level
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Knowledge and understanding of the components of the business environment that he/she is accountable for
- Experience and knowledge of related systems ideally including KOSTAL specifications
- Ability to identify and execute customer and business requirements
- Able to manage various projects simultaneously push for advances and manage change processes including cultural ones
- Proactive credible and integrated personality
