Job Description
Job Title: Sr. Quality Engineer/Welding Inspector
Location: Khopoli Mumbai
Penguin Petroleum Services (PPS) is an esteemed APIcertified engineering and manufacturing
center specializing in providing innovative solutions for the artificial lift and wellcompletion
segments of the Oil & Gas industry. Our stateoftheart facility in India upholds the highest standards with certifications including Exp. In welding Quality control. Preferably CSWIP 3.1 or AWS certified.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented Quality Engineer with 34 years of experience to joinour team in Khopoli Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in quality
assurance and control within industrial settings with a focus on maintaining high standards in
manufacturing processes and product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop implement and manage quality control procedures and standards to ensure
compliance with industry requirements and company specifications.
Conduct inspections tests and audits to evaluate the quality of materials components and
finished products.
Collaborate with production teams to identify quality issues recommend improvements and
ensure corrective actions are taken.
Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends track performance and drive continuous
improvement initiatives.
Ensure that all qualityrelated documentation is accurate uptodate and compliant with API and other relevant standards.
Participate in the development and review of product design and process changes to ensure
that quality requirements are met from the outset.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Engineering or a related field.
Dip. Mech / B. E. Mech. Exp. In welding Quality control.
Preferably CSWIP 3.1 or AWS certified
45 years of experience in quality engineering.
Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies standards and tools.
Experience with API standards and certifications is highly desirable.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and present findings clearly.
