Job Summary: We are seeking a detailoriented and organized CC Back Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks ensuring efficient operations and supporting front office functions.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Accounting or a related field
Proven experience as a Back Office Executive or in a similar role
Proficient in using office software such as MS Excel Word and PowerPoint
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities

Responsibilities:
Process and manage documents such as invoices purchase orders and contracts
Update and maintain databases with accurate and relevant information
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations
Prepare and generate reports presentations and correspondence as required
Manage and organize files both physical and electronic to ensure easy retrieval and accessibility
Assist in the implementation of company policies and procedures
Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Conduct research and data analysis to support business operations
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
