Job Title: Security Head
We required this position for our group company VILAS transcore Limited Ganapatpura(Karjan) 20 KMS from Vadodara Vilas Transcore specializes in the manufacturing and supply of components for power distribution and transmission sector .

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Security Head to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all security aspects of the organization ensuring the safety and protection of employees assets and facilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice Security Management or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Minimum of 7 years of experience in security management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Deep understanding of security principles and practices
Certification in relevant security standards (e.g. CISSP CPP) is preferred
Ability to work flexible hours and be on call as needed
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and security software
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Skills:
Strategic planning and execution
Risk assessment and management
Team leadership and development
Security systems monitoring and management
Crisis management and emergency response
Compliance with security regulations
Presentation and public speaking skills
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive security policies procedures and protocols
Oversee the recruitment training and supervision of the security team
Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate potential threats
Monitor and manage security systems and equipment
Respond to security incidents and emergencies promptly and effectively
Coordinate with other departments to ensure security measures are integrated into overall operations
Maintain compliance with local state and federal security regulations
Represent the company at industry events conferences and meetings
Provide securityrelated advice and guidance to senior management and stakeholders
Maintain accurate records of security activities and incidents
