Job Description

Position Overview:
We are looking for a resultsdriven Strategic Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in expanding market presence and driving revenue in the education sector. Based in Pune this role is ideal for a dynamic professional with a passion for relationshipbuilding strategic planning and sales execution.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Growth and Strategy:
  • Design and implement strategic plans to achieve growth targets.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Conduct indepth market research and competitor analysis.
2. Sales and Revenue Management:
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance insights.
3. Marketing Collaboration:
  • Partner with the marketing team to design campaigns that drive engagement.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and presence across channels.
  • Regularly update and enhance promotional materials.
4. Leadership and Team Development:
  • Lead mentor and inspire the business development team.
  • Set clear performance goals and monitor progress.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • 3 years of proven experience in business development (education/elearning preferred).
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales and revenue targets.
  • Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership and team management experience is a strong advantage.

Preferred Skills:
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving capabilities.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the education sector and market dynamics.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
