Position Overview:
We are looking for a resultsdriven Strategic Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in expanding market presence and driving revenue in the education sector. Based in Pune this role is ideal for a dynamic professional with a passion for relationshipbuilding strategic planning and sales execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Growth and Strategy:
- Design and implement strategic plans to achieve growth targets.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Conduct indepth market research and competitor analysis.
2. Sales and Revenue Management:
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue goals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals maintaining client satisfaction.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance insights.
3. Marketing Collaboration:
- Partner with the marketing team to design campaigns that drive engagement.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and presence across channels.
- Regularly update and enhance promotional materials.
4. Leadership and Team Development:
- Lead mentor and inspire the business development team.
- Set clear performance goals and monitor progress.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- 3 years of proven experience in business development (education/elearning preferred).
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team management experience is a strong advantage.
