Our client a special needs school based in Hyderabad is looking for a Physiotherapist to join their team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assess and prepare reports after examination.
- Regularly review and ensure the availability of required materials for therapy sessions.
- Formulate treatment plans to address the conditions and needs of children in line with their development plan.
- Coordinate and work closely with other therapists to create a comprehensive development plan and ensure its implementation covering the overall development of the child.
- Conduct required therapies for children.
- Inform the Therapy/centre head of any observations of children undergoing therapies and promptly communicate any deviations from the normal.
- Maintain records of observations progress and problems noticed during therapy sessions.
- Prepare weekly and term plans for children and be available to clarify any queries.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Physiotherapist or relevant role.
- Good knowledge of Physiotherapy topics and methodologies.
- Experience working with children with a wide range of disabilities.
- Ability to create Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Patient resourceful and resilient personality.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
