Job Description

About Us: We are a dynamic new player in the public relations industry dedicated to providing innovative and impactful communication strategies for our clients. We are passionate about building brands and engaging audiences and we re looking for a talented Business Coordinator to join our energetic team.

Job Summary: As a Business Coordinator you will play a key role in ensuring our office operations run smoothly and efficiently while providing essential support to the management. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills a pleasing personality and the ability to effectively communicate with clients partners and team members. The ideal candidate will have a background in business coordination sales and a comprehensive understanding of the operational aspects of a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Office coordination: Oversee daily office operations ensuring a productive and organized work environment. Manage supplies handle correspondence and maintain records etc.
Sales Support: Assist the sales process like preparing proposals presentations client communications and help foster client relationships.
Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications. Demonstrate excellent spoken and written English skills while representing the company professionally.
Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks including scheduling meetings managing calendars and organizing company events.
Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with our services. Help with research and analysis to support client initiatives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree required; MBA preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; must possess a pleasing personality.
Sales experience or understanding of sales processes is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with related tools.

Experience:
45 years of experience as a business/office coordinator or similar role preferably in a PR marketing or startup environment.

Remuneration:
Rs. 34 lakh per annum.
